Logistics Project Management - Operations, Shopee

• Monitor operational performance, order backlog management & actively identifying operational issues

• Propose recommendations to improve existing logistics options from demand-driven mindset (based on buyer expectations/ pain points) and best practice in logistics operation, which is backed up by data analytics/ modeling

• Facilitate fulfillment planning process with relevant teams to ensure all business events/ platform campaigns are well-planned and monitored, including but not limited to, timely alerts mechanism and contingency plan activation

• Assist in the planning and implementation of projects in Cross-function to ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

• From 2 years of working experience in e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.

• Strong computer skills, especially Excel.

• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.

• Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
