Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Overall control and monitoring for import license and relate activity.
• Fully understand and ensuring 100% compliance to all government department that be related with Import shipment.
• Check and advise import licenses process and any relate documents that must be completed in time with 100% accuracy.
• Coordinate with government or any relate party with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions to apply import license.
• Check , review and update regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure to inform to relate internal department in time.
• Prepare responses to customer requests for information, such as product data, written regulatory affairs statements, surveys, or questionnaires.
• Perform work off-site , Go to Government office or other relate party concern.
• Organize an trainging for internal , BU and customer about import license online/on-site.
• Coordinate and cooperate with oversea supplier for import license requirement.
• Control expense and cash advance.
• Import license document validity and expiry control.
• Problem solving , preventive and improvement for the work process.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by GM.
• Working under KPIs.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in import license or relate activity.
• Has coordinate experience to apply import license ; Especially FDA (Food , Cosmetics) or TISI are preferable.
• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• MS office, report and presentation skill.
