Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on foreign direct investment and corporate law
• Monitor corporate registrations with the relevant authorities
• Investigate details of BOI policies and Thai Foreign Business Legislation
• Conduct legal research
• Review clients’ information and documents required for licenses applications
• Prepare applications forms to be submitted to government agencies for licenses applications (FBL, BOI, etc…).
• Draft or review/revise business agreements and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies in order to ensure the timely completion of applications
• Other legal tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
• Holding Thai Lawyer License
• Legal background with expertise in Corporate Law
• Knowledge of licenses such as BOI, FBL, IEAT, etc....
