Launch and Change Management

Responsibilities:

• Lead plant cross-functional teams to deliver Braking/OSS launches on time and within budget. (Including new launches, VAVE and post SOP eng. changes).
• Ensure the advanced product quality planning (APQP) process is established, documented, implemented and followed according to IATF 16949:2016 procedure, together with APQP Engineer.
• Manage project launches in accordance with ZF new product introduction management system requirements (GDPEP).
• Serve as the one of the main customer interfaces during launch for timing, documentation and interaction.
• Organize the internal build events planning, customer deliveries including documents.
• Host plant internal regular set meeting with key cross function team members to implement the launch activities and track the Open Issues List.
• Prepare the project status from plant level in Monthly Status Review (MSR) and Launch Readiness Review (LRR).
• Escalate any critical issues and risks to the management team at early stage to solve the launch roadblocks.
• Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.
• To participate and promote cost reduction, continuous improvement activities, Health and Safety awareness, and adherence to IATF 16949:2016 System.
• Customer representative for special characteristic, CAR/PAR, capacity analysis, logistics information, customer score card and customer portals
• Tracking and regular reporting the spending and commercial status according to Business Case.

• Identify opportunities for eliminating or reducing waste and optimizing of energy use and eliminating or minimizing HS&E risks. 
• Act promptly and appropriately in cases of emergency

Qualification:

• Able in organize effective meeting with cross-function team.
• Good oral & written English.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Good skill of Microsoft program / Word / Excel.
• Good in planning & follow-up.
• Good in presentation.
