    Key Account Manager

    Position Details

    A DAY IN LIFE

    As a startup, your daily activities will be quite diverse. Multitasking is common, and you may find your skills and talents leveraged to support various business priorities. However, the majority of your work hours will involve:

    • Developing a deep understanding of our product offerings
    • Gathering data and information from customers, which may entail web research or direct customer interactions
    • Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
    • Representing the company at exhibitions and conferences
    • Identifying the needs of prospective customers and analyzing customer data
    • Analyzing customer data and creating pitch decks proposing solutions to meet their unique business requirements
    • Scheduling meetings with potential clients and assessing their needs
    • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations and product/service demonstrations
    • Negotiating and closing deals, as well as addressing complaints or objections
    • Generating regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data
    • Soliciting feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams

    SKILLS

    These are the minimum-required skills for the role:

    • Ability to identify product solutions for complex problems and needs
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficiency in networking and negotiation
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Fluent in Thai and English


    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience
