Role Summary

As a Marketing Partnerships Executive at Jobcadu, you’ll play a key role in growing our user base and brand presence. You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, build content, and form strategic partnerships with schools, educators, and employers. From social media to email and paid ads, you’ll drive user acquisition through smart storytelling and data-driven decisions. This is a dynamic, full-stack marketing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, content marketing, partnerships, and paid advertising.

• Create and manage compelling content for social platforms, website, and email communications to support growth and retention.

• Drive user acquisition and increase brand visibility through strategic storytelling, growth campaigns, and performance-driven distribution.

• Own and expand Jobcadu’s presence on social media channels including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

• Lead and develop partnership initiatives with schools, educational institutions, training providers, and employers to drive brand exposure and acquire users.

• Collaborate closely with the Development team to communicate new features, product updates, and value propositions clearly and effectively.

• Analyze marketing and acquisition data (traffic, conversion, CPA, campaign ROI, etc.) to evaluate effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.

• Develop and manage outreach campaigns, public relations initiatives, and cross-channel collaborations that support user growth and brand authority.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance planning and execution.

• Fluently  in Vietnamese (spoken and written).

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, email platforms, and basic analytics is an advantage.
