• To lead projects delivery to ensure successful plan, and resource allocation, schedule and
• track their projects direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control completing
• projects within the timeline and budget.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating the development of
• information systems for corporate and regional office.
• Initiate and manage new project plan and revamp existing project together with budget control
• of system development and implementation in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for leading activities related to application, software development, local or
• regional acquisition and network communications.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for application system development.
• Ability to supervise, and coach team, and career development.
• Ensuring that all system applications and databases relevant to projects are updated and
• coordinated with other business units.
• Ensuring that the company’s agreed service standards are measured and achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer sciences, IT/MIS, or related fields.
• Hand-on experience in Agile, and Scrum project management, implementation, and support
• with appropriate technical skills and management of technical staff.
• An ability to quickly understand the overall business strategy, analyze the business processes,
• and develop technical solutions to support the business strategy.
• Proactive leadership with strong business, and analytical skills, people management
• experience, and ability to work in good teamwork.
• Flexibility/Adaptability in recognition of the need for change and ability to quickly respond.
• Ability to conceptualize complex business needs and evaluate solutions.
• Previous success in the implementation of a major business application with
• cross-departmental functionality.
• Familiar with various technologies stack in the market.
• Proficient in the English language both spoken and written.
• PMP or other IT Certifications (Optional).
