IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will conduct the following responsibilities:

• To be responsible for establishment, implementation, and maintenance of IT Infrastructure and Support; which covered but not limited to EUC (End User Computing), LAN/WAN, F/W, Servers, Printers, Communication & Telephony System (VC, PABX, etc), Access Security & Monitoring (CCTV, Access Door, etc).
• Works with all of business stake holders and suppliers to resolve any IT related problems and responds well to suggestion for improvements and enhancements.
• Manage local IT projects and implementation, and actively supporting the IT global and regional initiatives.
• Response immediately to any critical IT issues and find applicable solutions to recover the condition, while maintaining good communication and explanation to all related stakeholders especially local top management.
• Ensuring the consistent implementation of information security management system and conforms to the requirements of ISO 27001:2022 standard.
• Managing IT asset and inventory control.
• Consistent regular reporting and information escalation to superior.

What We Need - Qualifications / Essentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other Technical related fields
• Technical skills: Microsoft O365, OS Windows & Mac, Active Directory, Cisco/Meraki Switch & AP.
• Knowledge of JAMF and Intune, Information Security Awareness
• Good knowledge in networking
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skill
• Team player and proactive in providing innovative ideas
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Khmer & English
• EXCEPTIONAL organized mind to prioritize tasks
