Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company to communicate the company’s business strategies, directions and financial performance with investors and related parties as well as to build relationship with investor community.
- Provide information and develop materials used for public disclosure purpose such as management discussions and analysis (MD&A), factsheet, IR presentation, Press Release as well as One Report.
- Organize IR activities such as analyst meeting, roadshows, investor conferences, annual credit rating reviews etc. and facilitate day-to-day investor enquires and requests.
- Monitor analysts’ reports, stock market-industry sentiments and related news and regularly report to management.
- Coordinate with internal business units to maintain and regularly update IR database.
- Maintain and enhance IR communication channels such as IR webpage, IR email with transparent and informative context that help investors to easily access information and understand the company.
- Ensure the compliance of rules and regulatory control of listed company.
Key Requirements:
We are welcome all fields, not only in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2-3 years of work experience in positions of any fields.
- Strong numerical, analytical, service mind and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and good presentation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
