Planning and analysis on the company’s existing investments:
Monitor, plan, and report on existing investments’ performance
Manage relationships with MINT’s existing joint-venture, operating and investment partners
Analyze existing investments / MINT subsidiaries on financial, strategic, and competitive landscape situations.
Recommend corresponding actions, and correspondingly execute as internal, external and capital markets opportunities arise
Lead new investment transactions:
Analyze investment opportunities through project-standalone financial modeling and MINT’s consolidation impacts
Execute and manage transactions, including due diligence process and document negotiation
Qualifications:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics with strong academic track record
7-12 years of related/adjacent work experience from large growth-oriented companies or financial service sector (banks, Big 4, corporate finance, M&A advisory, credit)
Strong in corporate finance, accounting, and financial modeling skills
