Implement and monitor country-standard training programs in alignment with Bosch’s objectives.
Arrange training logistics and provide on-site support for country-standard, corporate-standard, and local training sessions in Bosch Vietnam, as required.
Support, coordinate, and execute initiatives related to Learning & Development, Associate Development, Talent Pool management, and Leadership development.
Advocate for and promote Coaching & Mentoring platforms and related activities.
Handle other ad-hoc Learning & Development tasks or campaigns for Vietnam and the region, as needed.
Third/last year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade and Accounting)
Mandatory: fluent in English and Vietnamese
Good communication skill in both oral and written
Experience with Microsoft office (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Ability to manage workforce effectively to meet objectives and deadline
Have experience with designing is a prefer
Analytical skill is a plus
Responsible & positive mindset, willing to learn and grow
Be pro-active, patient and a good listener
Be able to quickly adapt in a diversed workforce and under high pressure environment
Interested in high tech manufacturing environment
