[Internship] IT Developer Intern (Supply chain domain)

As an IT Developer Intern within our APAC Logistics Service Hub team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced developers and supply chain professionals. You will assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications and tools that support various aspects of our supply chain, such as inventory management, logistics, forecasting, and procurement. This internship provides hands-on experience with real-world supply chain challenges and the technology used to address them.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of new and existing software applications and scripts.

• Support the integration of various supply chain systems and data sources

• Participate in data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain

• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code

• Assist in testing and debugging applications to ensure performance and reliability

• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to solution design

• Learn about domain, relevant data and how technology enables supply chain optimization

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship.

• Proficiency in development and programming languages (e.g., Golang, Reactjs, Python, SQL).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Experience in API establishment.

• Good communication skills.

• Fluent in English.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with data analytics and machine learning (libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn…)

• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and how they can integrate into analytics tools.

• Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with PJ workflow (UX, BA, QC).
