[Internship] Controlling Intern

• Check actual costs, analyze fluctuations, and investigate causes.

• Compare actual costs with the budget in percentage terms.

• Review service recharging processes among Bosch entities to ensure accurate cost allocation.

• Reclassify costs between cross-functional departments.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth month-end and quarter-end closing activities.

• Assist with financial reporting by preparing basic reports, performing data reconciliations, and analyzing variances.

• Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks during each month-end closing period according to the predefined task list and timeline.

• Provide audit support by preparing documentation and assisting during internal or external audits.

• Proactively manage and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

• Perform ad hoc tasks and support other controller team duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student during a 6 months internship period with a major in Finance/Accounting/Auditing/etc. 

• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese 

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point...) 

• Knowledge of SAP and other accounting systems 

• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Time management and task management skills

• Detail-oriented and be able to work under pressure

• Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment

• Positive, enthusiastic, open to feedback and willing to learn
