[Internship] Billing Support and Order Management Intern

1. Order management support (50%): 

• Cooperate to sales and WH to issue invoice when delivering

• Tracking and follow up with carrier and customer (include CO & CQ)

• Timely notify mentors/ supervisor any extraordinary occur

• PO tracking and record for order management and payment process

• Inventory report update

2. Billing support (30%):

• Customer information checking and correct before issuing final invoice

• Update VAT rate for material source

3. Others (20%):  

• Arrange hard document in order

• Submit supply chain document for sign and stamp as Department's inquiry

• Ad-hoc topics are discussed during period

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student major in Accounting, Supply chain, Logistics, or International Economics

• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage

• Experience in Logistics and transportation is preferred

• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese, German is optional

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, willing to learn

• Hard working, eager to learn, result-oriented

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
