International Transport Expert

1. Booking fulfillment:

• Work with planners in China and make the volume forecast and plan the booking of shipments

• Manage booking IB/OB (ex: from other countries to Indonesia...), make sure orders ship out on time

• Request spot quotations from time to time, negotiate with forwarders, arrange shipments and optimize transportation routes

2. E2E transport track & trace; Follow orders, inbound/ outbound delivery to ensure FIFO and utilization of the containers...

3. Daily LSP Management (MBR with LSP, getting market updates, volume allocation, work with LSP for any issues & delay, container availability, loss & damage…)

4. Escalation point for suppliers and internal customers for all the incoming shipments to APAC that has issue in booking, pickup or whatever issues

5. Cost Control: cost forecast and analysis for cost optimization

6. LSP onboarding & new route/ new transport mode implementation

7. Customer interface for all questions/concerns about transport, cost topic, LSP issue, network design

8. Manage all of reports about transportation, inbound, outbound shipments

9. CIP for cost saving, process efficiency improvement or digitalization projects (dashboard, automation report…)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain, Logistics or related subjects

• Ability to work independently, strong team player and take initiative,

• Good communication & negotiation skills, interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure

• Fluent communication skills in English

• Operational experience in transportation, logistics

• Responsible, professional, careful, high service orientation

• Digi skill (power PI, SQL…)

• Systematic thinking, CIP mindset

• Project management skill

• Stakeholder management
