Internal Communications Senior Officer

Job description

- Develop and implement communication plans that align with the company’s vision and business objectives in Asia and Oceania region and internal ASH

- Calculate budget based on accounting guideline by using the information from internal communication activities

- Prepare Investment and Division expense (GA*) in PR area based on accounting guideline & report to senior manager/ GM to ask for approval before send to A&F.

- Coordinate and support Genpo for internal communication strategic plan and support for activities implementation

- Monitor and follow up for Genpo PR result and report.

- Consolidate, update Genpo's local internal communication activities plan and schedule

- Prepare communication massage and content for newsletters, announcements, and internal websites.

- Arrange internal communication activities locally together with A&O genpos and related departments

- Expand usage of Global brand slogan asset in A&O genpos

- Design result evaluation method after activities implementation

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with English Skill

- Experience in PR or Internal communication (will be big advantage)

- Multi-tasking skill

- News letter writing skill

- Excellent English skill

- Inter-personal relationship skill

- Strong interdepartmental collaboration and coordination skills
