Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with manager to develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans.
• Work with stakeholders at all levels across departments, offices, and countries to ensure communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with company goals.
• Create and deliver internal content, including via Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, newsletters, emails, SharePoint pages, presentations, etc.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support crisis communications.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal communications campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and speaking skills.
• Proficiency in a European language (e.g., German) would be advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural global environment.
• Proficiency with using and tracking metrics on Microsoft collaboration and communication tools.
• Online and offline event management experience a plus.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills an advantage.
• Experience in logistics or relevant industry an advantage.
