Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Identify and develop new customers via phone, email, and online channels.
Provide logistics and shipping solutions based on customer needs.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, follow up on service delivery.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure service quality.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in logistics, transportation, or services).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Good English communication skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work under pressure.
