Innovation and New Business Expert

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and industry analysis locally and globally to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities for new business ventures.
• Assist in the development of business plans and strategies for new ventures, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, and competitive analysis.
• Support the implementation of new business ventures, including coordinating with relevant stakeholders, managing projects, and tracking progress.
• Actively contribute to a culture of innovation by generating new ideas, fostering creative thinking, and participating in brainstorming sessions.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in business, technology, and innovation through continuous learning and research.
• Collaborate effectively with the Head of Innovation & New Business, other team members, and relevant departments across the organization.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, business development, or a related field.
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or entrepreneurship from reputable universities. MBA or master's degree in a related field is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for innovation with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a world-leading company.
• Experience with new business development and innovation methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Thai is a must.
