Collaborate with the sales and BU team to understand client requirements, objectives, and pain points.
Develop and present technical solutions and proposals to meet client needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and/or proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities of our application solutions, if required.
Assist in the creation of proposals, including technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and pricing.
Solution Design:
Architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure architectures, or legacy infrastructure architectures, that align with client goals and business objectives.
Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and cloud services to optimize performance, security, and efficiency.
Technical Expertise:
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to infrastructure architecture and design.
Background with legacy infrastructure technologies and architecture
Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on infrastructure modernization, consolidation, and optimization.
Others
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, collaboration, and trust. And Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Cross Functional: Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure solutions. Also, work with project managers to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
Proven track record in presales support, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Thai native speaker with strong communication in English both written and reading
Available to onsite with the customer locations.
