Bachelor’s degree Electrical/Mechanical/ Computer Engineering or related engineering field.
8-year experience relate to Asset and property management, Innovation and Digital improvement projects, Data management, Operation excellence, Circular Economy, International Standard (ISO)
Good interpersonal and communication with all levels and presentation skill, strong team player
Proactive, organizational skill, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
Positive and systematic thinking.
Good command of English and computer literacy
Responsibilities:
Managing and ensuring the assets and property of industrial estate will be maximized operations and maintenance effectively.
Facilitate and organize the initiative innovation and digital projects of industrial estate will be implemented as plan and meet targets.
Maintain and find opportunity for improvement existing digital projects.
Manage and ensure operations data will be analyzed in term of prediction, opportunity for improvement, and visualized in term of management view.
Facilitate and ensure operation excellence program relate to operations will be carry on and improvement.
Organize and support the circular economy, total solution projects of estate operations.
Centralize and monitor operations KPIs.
Facilitate and ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be certified and execute as policy and relating procedure.
