Main Responsibilities

• Prepare ice cream product samples in R&D lab for product formulation works.
• Arrange sample from lab / pilot plant / production for shelf-life study or other testing.
• Assist technical project leader / technologist to carry out pilot plant trial / Main plant trial where needed.
• Conduct ice cream product testing e.g. stability test, sensory test, chemical/physical analysis with analysis report.

Experience & Qualification

• Having minimum requirement of Diploma in science related field
• Ability to understand basic English
• Time management of the assigned tasks
• Having a good learning agility and curiosity.
• Basic computer skill and ability to use Excel/Power point/ Outlook progra
