Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:

Talent Acquisition:

• Fully involve in recruitment process by getting requirements of vacancies from departments, searching candidates through proper channels, facilitating the interview sessions and/or other screening process, preparing offer letters and employment contracts
• Conduct effective onboarding programs for new joiners
• Facilitate the probationary evaluations between line manager and staff, including prepare the letter of passing the probation to staffs
• Offboarding: Prepare resignation letter and coordinate with IT team to collect laptop of leavers
• Conducted Exit Interviews and made a report
• Conduct the employer branding programs with external parties e.g. universities, recruitment channels
• Make the regular manpower reports as assigned

Training & Development:

• Assess needs and analyze gaps to design and develop training and development programs to meet the requirements of the company and/or departments which aim to enhance the potential of staffs
• Deliver training and development programs through variety of customized activities
• Coordinate with related parties e.g. logistics arrangement, internal/external instructors
• Design and initiate the effective tools to drive learning organization
• Make the regular reports of talent/development as assigned

Employee Engagement Activities:

• Find the tools to measure employee engagement and morale
• Design and initiate activities to drive employee engagement and promote positive work environment
• Lead the activities/programs and coordinate with related parties e.g. working team, logistics arrangement, external organizations
• Regularly monitor the employee engagement through various channels to create action plans/programs for improvement
• Make the regular reports as assigned

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or any field

Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition, training & development, and employee engagement activities

Skills and Knowledge:

• Good command in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and the Internet
• Strong time management and ability to handle multi-tasks
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Be proactive and detailed oriented
