Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation
• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies and procedures
• Maintain HR records and databases accurately and confidentially
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
• Contribute to HR projects and programs as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Basic knowledge of Employee Engagement, Human Resources (HR), Supervisory Skills, Talent Management, Teamwork, Confidentiality, and Communication
