Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team to handle all HR functions effectively
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Oversee the payroll system and ensure accurate and timely processing
• Create and implement staff activities and training programs to enhance employee development
• Manage budgets, P&L, and CAPEX related to HR initiatives
• Handle work permits and visa applications for employees

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong managerial skills
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and company policies related to personnel
• Ability to handle work permits and visa applications is preferable
• Experience in managing budgets, P&L, and CAPEX related to HR activities
