Human Resources Business Partner, Zalo

• Partner with BU Leaders to design and executive effective and engaging people strategies. Participate in strategic workforce planning, org design, and capacity planning;

• Identify, develop current and future-ready capability requirements within assigned functions;

• Ensure that best talents are attracted, retained, developed, and succeed across the functions. Lead innovative HR solutions to address current talent concerns/issues;

• Work with other HR Functions to develop effective HR solutions to meet business needs in areas such as recruitment, reward, talent, performance management and learning;

• Provide in-depth advice and guidance to team leader on strategic HR policies and procedures to ensure they are supported in their decisions and roles as people managers;

• Oversee HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core processes such as onboarding, off-boarding, probation review, and other employee lifecycle activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR or Economics;

• At least 6 years of experience in HR Management/ HRBP/ HR General;

• Strong engagement, ability to build relationships, trust, influence others and advanced communication skills;

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and multitasking skills.
