Chuyên Viên An Toàn HSE/EHS | Health, Safety & Environment

Position Details

Ensure compliance with all applicable GE Vernova EHS requirements and local regulations.
Provide technical EHS support for site manufacturing operations.
Instill and foster a proactive, EHS-conscious culture and drive ownership of GEV’s Environment, Health & Safety programs at all levels.
Develop and implement EHS programs aligned with the GEV EHS Framework and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and enhance technical expertise in engineering and machinery safety.
Manage environmental matters related to operations, including air, water, waste, and chemical/material management.
Act as liaison with government and regulatory agencies, and collaborate with GEV EHS personnel.
Conduct EHS trainings and presentations on relevant topics.
Perform EHS audits and inspections; develop and track corrective actions to closure in a timely manner.
Lead or participate in incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
Evaluate EHS hazards and risks, propose feasible mitigations, and develop risk reduction strategies.
Participate in NPI projects to provide EHS input on hazards and risks for new manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with the Safety & Maintenance Manager, EHS team, and Global Supply Chain to develop and implement functional EHS programs and strategies.
Maintain safety and health records and documents per GEV EHS and regulatory requirements.
Perform additional tasks as required.
