HR Immigration and Government Affairs Manager

What is your mission?

• Leading Immigration team to make sure Visa & Work Permit delivering service to the business on timeline.
• Ensure and handling of expatriates’ Visa / dependent pass applications preparation and submission processing smoothly.
• Provide all the corporate info that are required by Immigration as centralize of the process.
• Provide guidance and support for new and renewal work permit to the team and expats.
• Generate and maintain related reports to the management on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage matters pertaining to foreign workers such as employment, on-boarding process, Visa, Work Permit, and other relevant Immigration matters (Workforce of 200 – 300).
• Responsible for the preparation of related letters, certify documents with governments sector etc.
• Proposing the suitable solution to the management team.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the manager from time to time, with the effective monitor and implementation
• Maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality and Compliance Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for ?

• Bachelor's Degree and/or higher in any field.
• Preferable with 6 -10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Direct experienced in the hands-on Visa & Work Permit processing by end-to-end.
• Good to have experienced in managerial role at least 2 years.
• Familiar with the Thailand Immigration / Visa & Work application rulings and procedures.
• Possess a solid technical grasp of HR Policies, analytical thinking and logic reasoning.
• Attention to details and demonstrate high level of numeracy.
• Strong ability in analyzing data, identity issues, solutions approach, and trends.
• Customer Service minded and oriented to meet satisfaction levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
