    Position Details

    You Will Get Your Hands Dirty On:


    • Supporting the hiring manager with new employee recruitment.
    • Managing job applications.
    • Handling new employee documents and orientation program.
    • Managing personnel files and leave application process.
    • Handling visa and work permit application processes for foreign employees.
    • Managing company outings and activities.
    • Sourcing vendors and office equipment.
    • Managing office supplies, utilities payment, maintenance routines and repairs
    • Coordinating maid services, messenger services and payments.
    • Visiting banks, post office or government agencies.


    If You Are:


    • MS Office literate with excellent Word and Excel skills.
    • Good in written and spoken English.
    • Proactive and a fast learner
    • Strong in organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail oriented and able to work under pressure if needed.
    • A Bachelor or Diploma graduate in Human Resources, Office Administration, Business Administration or related field would be an advantage.
    • Experienced with 1-2 years in a similar position.
