Healthcare Claims Assistant Manager

- Oversee and manage all systems relating to healthcare claims and ensure systems meet scope, budget and schedule requirements;

-.Identify and create processes that supports claims objectives; monitor and work with stakeholders to ensure the process runs smoothly and achieves the objectives;

- Contribution as Subject Matter Expert in projects relating to build healthcare system and to enhance healthcare services;

- Conduct process QA management to ensure claim system work as expected; Collaborate with cross departments/functions to smoothly solve all systems/processes-related issues and reach claims objectives;

- Duties to support Department targets and Company objectives as and when assigned by Team leader/Line Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

1. EDUCATION / TRAINING

University Degree

English intermediate is preferred

2. PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION

Insurance Business

Information Technology is preferred

4. EXPERIENCE

Having experience at least 3 years in insurance.

Experience in healthcare insurance is preferred.
