Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Formulation: Lead the development of strategic plans to acquire wealth members, drive spending, retention, and engagement. Tasks including defining goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business key focus.
- Portfolio Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer movement by sub-segment based on data and insights, markets, and trends to identify gaps and opportunities with actions to enhance customer retention.
- Wealth Partnerships & Business Development: Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and establishing partnerships and alliances to enhance wealth offerings.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, including project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and performance evaluation.
- Business Analysis: Analyze internal capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, and operational efficiency to identify areas for improvement and strategic focus.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics and milestones to track progress against strategic goals and targets, accessing the effectiveness of investment strategies, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years in marketing/business , with at least 3 in a leadership role, preferably within the retail sector.
