Head of Quality Assurance (Krungsri Nimble)

Major Accountabilities

• Lead, mentor, and expand the QA team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to integrate quality assurance into each phase of the development process.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of automated and manual testing frameworks and tools.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Manage the identification, documentation, and resolution of software defects.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the QA process and team performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in testing techniques and tools.
• Work with stakeholders to report on QA activities, progress, and outcomes.
• Follow industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA and software testing.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a QA or software testing environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Extensive experience with automated testing tools, test management software, and QA best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
