Head of Primary Bank & Credit Card Acquisition Marketing

Job Scope:

• Charged for all acqusition-related marketing & digital marketing management
• Oversee brand & product marketing management for primary bank products (transactional deposit account & debit card) & credit cards products
• Charged for E2E marketing ( insights to marketing strategy , to executions and to measurement )
• Pinpoint commercial opportunities based on external consumer / market insights & internal customer data from profiling to patterned behaviors
• Deliver customer value proposition & market positioning through strong IMC & go-to-market delivery plans
• Design customer journey & target experience in each touch point / distribution channel
• Manage end-to-end go - to- market executions & all performance -related tracking i.e. brand & marketing performance , business performance & financial performance
• Manage annual marketing budget & ensure optimized returns
• Deliver various in-depth analysis related to business, customer, and post-marketing campaign
• Manage a team of 10+ people

Qualifications;

• 12-15 Years of work experence
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• Background in brand / marketing management
• Familiar with financial industry
• Strong leadership & people management skill
• strong business analytical & decision making
• Strong Strategic thinking & executions with attention to details
• Strong presentation & data storytelling
