Guest Service Supervisor (Rayavadee Boutique)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the guest service team in delivering top-notch customer service
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members
• Ensure smooth operations at the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
