JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Sales Management:

   • Responsible for business results of assigned supermarkets; develop and implement detailed plans to achieve company targets (sales, coverage, distribution, merchandising, etc.).

2. Work Effectiveness & ISO Compliance Supervision:

   • Oversee all activities impacting supermarket business results (inventory, expiration date management, order processing, delivery, promotions, merchandising, customer service, etc.).

   • Ensure consistent implementation of promotions and merchandising per Vinamilk standards.

   • Implement and comply with current ISO documents and procedures.

3. Product Display, POSM & Sales Equipment Management:

   • Ensure full product presence and attractive display (shelves, display stands, freezers, coolers) as required.

   • Manage, inspect, and supervise the use of POSM and sales equipment according to regulations.

4. Staff Recruitment, Performance Evaluation & Development:

   • Execute approved recruitment plans; manage and evaluate sales staff (PGs); provide training (classroom/on-site) and propose solutions to develop team capability.

5. Relationship Building & Customer Service:

   • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with supermarket management and department heads.
