JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales Management:
Responsible for business results of assigned supermarkets; develop and implement detailed plans to achieve company targets (sales, coverage, distribution, merchandising, etc.).
Work Effectiveness & ISO Compliance Supervision:
Oversee all activities impacting supermarket business results (inventory, expiration date management, order processing, delivery, promotions, merchandising, customer service, etc.).
Ensure consistent implementation of promotions and merchandising per Vinamilk standards.
Implement and comply with current ISO documents and procedures.
Product Display, POSM & Sales Equipment Management:
Ensure full product presence and attractive display (shelves, display stands, freezers, coolers) as required.
Manage, inspect, and supervise the use of POSM and sales equipment according to regulations.
Staff Recruitment, Performance Evaluation & Development:
Execute approved recruitment plans; manage and evaluate sales staff (PGs); provide training (classroom/on-site) and propose solutions to develop team capability.
Relationship Building & Customer Service:
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with supermarket management and department heads.
