Scope of Work

Accounting task

• invoice, tax invoice, payment contact with the bank
• collect documents to the accounting firm, tax/sso payment, etc.

HR tasks

• payroll, time attendance record, social security, etc.
• Recruitment process
• Visa, Work permit for foreign employees

Admin tasks

• Prepare office supply
• Support MD if needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of any field
• 2 years of experience as admin/accounting
• Good command in English (TOEIC 700 up)
• Able to communicate in Japanese
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently
