Conduct in-depth research on industry-specific fulfillment requirements and develop tailored operational models.
Design and implement end-to-end fulfillment processes, covering inbound, warehousing, order processing, packaging, and outbound logistics (including SOPs, layout planning, tools, and performance metrics).
Collaborate closely with the B2B Sales, Technology, and Operations teams to integrate OMS, WMS, and tracking systems that align with each fulfillment model.
Pilot new fulfillment models, measure results, and drive continuous improvement before scaling nationwide.
Build and train fulfillment operation teams specialized by industry and region.
II. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or relevant engineering/technical field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment design, or end-to-end logistics systems.
Strong exposure to multi-industry fulfillment, especially with temperature-sensitive goods, SKU-intensive products, or regulated sectors (e.g. pharma).
Proven capability in designing and launching large-scale fulfillment systems integrated with OMS/WMS/SAP/FMS.
Hands-on leadership in managing multi-site warehouse or fulfillment operations.
Strong process thinking, continuous improvement mindset, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
