Food Service Manager – Quản Lý Chuỗi Bếp Ăn Trường Học

Position Details

1. Quản lý hoạt động

Giám sát và điều phối toàn bộ hoạt động phục vụ ăn uống và vận hành bếp tại canteen trường học.
Đảm bảo quy trình chuẩn bị và phục vụ món ăn hiệu quả, chất lượng cao.
Theo dõi, kiểm soát chi phí thực phẩm và nhân công, tuân thủ ngân sách đề ra.
Đảm bảo chấp hành quy định an toàn thực phẩm và tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh.
Kiểm soát định lượng khẩu phần, duy trì đồng nhất về chất lượng món ăn.
Lập kế hoạch và triển khai chiến lược vận hành, phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan.

2. Quản lý nhân sự & đào tạo

Thực hiện đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc, cung cấp phản hồi và huấn luyện thường xuyên cho nhân viên.
Xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực, thúc đẩy tinh thần đồng đội và dịch vụ khách hàng xuất sắc.

3. Dịch vụ khách hàng

Giải quyết nhanh chóng và chuyên nghiệp các khiếu nại của khách hàng.
Theo dõi mức độ hài lòng và đề xuất cải tiến dựa trên phản hồi thực tế.

4. Giám sát & phê duyệt thực đơn

Giám sát, đánh giá và phê duyệt quy trình thiết kế thực đơn do bếp trưởng và chuyên gia dinh dưỡng thực hiện.

1. Operations Management

Supervise and coordinate all food service activities and kitchen operations in school canteens.
Ensure efficient, high-quality food preparation and service.
Monitor and control food and labor costs within budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Maintain consistency in portion sizes and meal quality.
Plan and implement operational strategies in collaboration with relevant departments.

2. Staff Management and Training

Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and guidance to employees.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and customer service excellence.

3. Customer Service

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements based on feedback.

4. Menu Supervision and Approval

Oversee and approve menu development processes carried out by chefs and nutritionists.
