You will be implementing the global strategy in the production unit, ensuring profitable and efficient operations of the site.
You will be leading the manufacturing function and operation teams.
You will be improving the manufacturing technologies and competencies in line with the strategy.
You will be maintaining an oversight on operational performance, particularly safety, quality, delivery, inventory, HSE and cost, having an overall responsibility on “Profit & Loss”.
You will be involved in customer relations, product management, business development and sales support.
You will take ownership of short to mid-term (1 to 3 years) strategy execution and operational direction in alignment with parent/independent organization objectives.
Youi will interact with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization.

Your Background
You hold bachelor’s degree in engineering, master’s degree is a plus.
Must have experience in Management.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
