Facility Management (Office Estate Management), Assistant Vice President :: One Bangkok

Job Description

• To oversee and ensure of smooth operation of Office Towers within the project
• To setup the annual OPEX and CAPEX and monitor the expenditures to align with approved budget
• To ensure that the performance of outsourced contractors are according to KPIs
• To coordinate with Leasing team/ Marketing team / estate management team on matters related to estate management and tenants complaints
• To analyze and monitor data on IoT platform such as mobile app usage, access system
• To manage and control contracts related to complete on time

Key Qualification

• Bachelor degree in any field
• Experience in at least 10 years in Property Management and 2 years in office building management.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
