Procurement and Supply Chain Management

• PO Planning & Forecasting: IOC, Supplier Management, PO follow-up

• Cost control: Logistic/Parts Cost, Substance control, Inventory

• Handle parts claim & discrepancy

• Control stock amount & Minimum Order Stock (MOS) by usage

• Analyze PO planning vs. actual demand, manage excess stock

• OPC & Scrap handling
  

Import & Export

• Customs clearance, HS code prep, receiving planning

• Ensure customs compliance, manage import data

• Export allocation, booking arrangement, sales order management
  

SCM Planning and Global Coordination

• SCM improvement under GIM Align YMC policy

• Collaborate with affiliates and global activities

• Support external stakeholder engagement
  

Other Responsibilities

• Cross-functional coordination (Yamaha affiliates, procurement, etc.)

• Marketing activity support (as assigned)
  

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in:

  • English

  • International Business

  • Logistics

  • Engineering (or related)

• Minimum 1 year experience in Export-Import, Parts, or Spare Parts

• English proficiency: TOEIC 600+ (required)

• Able to interview onsite
