Expat Service Specialist- VISA & PERMIT

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for visa applications and work permits for foreign employees, including the preparation of documents related to the law and the requirements of the immigration agency, or BOI.

• Contact relevant government agencies to complete the process of handling foreign workers for employment, including the Immigration Office, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labor, Revenue Department, and Department of Business Development (DBD).

• Responsible for overseeing and monitoring visa and work permit renewals as well as reporting 90-day notification for expat employees in the company.

• Create a guidebook of work practices for expat employees to understand.

• Report summarizing the company's and its affiliates' expat employees.

• Search for relevant information, including coordinating with relevant parties, for employees in Thailand who must travel to work at companies abroad.

• Take ownership of tasks and propose solutions on how to improve the processes.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource, Business, Admin or relevant education studies

• Ecommerce or logistics background preferred.

• Experience from agency to inhouse experience is preferred

• Well verse in BOI experience and the process flow for all expat applicant

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

• Ability to design and implement a successful sale strategy.

• Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Focus mindset for sales target achievement as to growth.
