ERP Application Support Engineer

Location: Bangkok and Upcountry, Thailand
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Support CAD application for local and overseas companies.
- Providing technical support: Assisting end users with issues and inquiries related to the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) application and ensuring smooth operation and functionality
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues, system errors, and bugs within the ERP application, collaborating with cross-functional teams if necessary.
- System maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining the ERP application, performing regular system checks, updates, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
- User training and documentation: Conducting training sessions for users on how to effectively use the ERP application and creating documentation such as user guides and manuals.
- Enhancements and customization: Collaborating with developers and business analysts to explore opportunities for system enhancements, customization, and integration with other applications.
- Provide first and second level end user technical support.
- Roll-out current CAD applications.
- Continuous improvement: Proactively identifying areas for improvement in the ERP application, suggesting and implementing best practices, and participating in system optimization initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, ICT, MIS or related field.
- Achieve a minimum GPA of 2.70 for a bachelor's degree and 3.30 for a master's degree.
- Having at least 1 year of experience in 1st tier application support.
- Be able to work after office hours and on holidays (case by case basis).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage to meet the SLA .
- Experience with Odoo would be an advantage.
- Having knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
