Communicate and collaborate among community of Technology and Engineering practice that enable shared solutions across the expertise network for improving asset capability
Consult & co-ordinate closely with key BANPU departments and relevant country's departments for technology and engineering proposal
Conduct detailed studies/pilot trials of new methodology/advanced engineering practices acquired from external sources and apply by supporting operations/projects with execution
Update and explore the technology and advance engineering with internal and external Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs) and communicate to the team
Plan the technology and engineering improvement activities aligning with Banpu technology and engineering road map
Influence and implement change strategies that will improve end to end execution of technology projects to reduce cost, improve quality and gain efficiencies
Constantly challenge to improve existing infrastructure and processes to accelerate the feedback loop among BANPU departments and relevant country's departments
Provide and report feedback of performance
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
10 years of experience working with conveyor systems, crushing plants, and port loading operations is highly desirable. Experience in material handling, mining, quarrying, or similar industries can be beneficial.
Ability to effectively manage projects, and to take project management role of complex engineering development efforts
Able to travel extensively and work remote areas as required
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Good command of English (Required TOIEC score 600)
