Driver Acquisition - Driver Operations, ShopeeFood (Hanoi)

• Source candidates and manage driver registration data for recruitment activities, including outreach via call surveys, email, SMS, and Zalo ZNS.

• Assist driver partners with onboarding (consultation, document verification, contract signing).

• Ensure quality control in the driver recruitment process across region and other cities.

• Execute online recruitment through job postings, social media seeding, and the Zalo channel.

• Support and coordinate with relevant teams as needed per management’s request.

• Graduated from College or higher.

• Preferably with at least 6 months of recruitment experience, especially in mass hiring (including experience as an intern or collaborator).

• Preference for candidates with long-term commitment.

• Detail-oriented and able to work with precision.

• Good communication skills, flexible, eager to learn, and proactive in work.

• Familiar with basic Microsoft Office tools.
