• Responsible for the optimal use of office accommodation, furniture, equipment and supporting services.
• Activities include planning maintenance and replacement, purchasing, and making lease, insurance and supply arrangements.
• Works independently.
• May instruct or coach other para-professionals.
• Ability to execute highly complex or specialised work.
• Knowledge acquired from several years of experience or specialist training in particular area.
• Applies standards yet adapts precedent and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems.
