Responsibilities:

Streamline data access approval decision and data access management, including data privacy control, by establishing data governance and facilitating coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Encourage a company-wide understanding of data privacy and the need for data governance rules, standards, and procedures.

• Support data privacy redactions by collaborating with a cross-functional team to assess data requirements and issues in light of the PDPA.

• Establish data policy, data quality framework, data quality dashboard, data quality monitoring process and advise practical remediation strategy and plan to drive toward continuous improvement.

• Ensure that data quality is assessed and evaluated especially as an integral part of new solution developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, information technology or related discipline.

• Proven track record in the field of data governance & data management related to management of enterprise information

• Strong understanding of databases and data structures.

• Expertise in developing and operationalizing large scale database guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards

• Expertise in data quality management, information architecture and governance design and implementation

• Expertise in leading data security management.

• Familiar with cloud and data management trends, including open source projects, methodologies (connect and collect, hub and spoke, data fabric architecture, etc.) to help modernize data management and integration is a plus.
