Customer Support Officer
Responsibilities
Provide support and consultation to customers through the company’s telephone, email, and various social media channels.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers across all communication platforms.
Deliver accurate and precise information and advice regarding services, confidently and effectively resolving customer issues.
Coordinate with relevant departments to assist customers and address their questions or concerns.
Respond promptly to customer requests and handle unexpected situations professionally.
Offer constructive feedback to team leaders or management to help improve service quality.
Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns, including participation in field events, to increase brand awareness and build a positive brand image.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 1 year of experience in customer support (fresh graduates are welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Proficient in both English and Thai languages, including all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Comfortable using CRM support tools and digital platforms.
Knowledgeable in customer service is an advantage.
Able to work on Saturdays and Sundays (5 working days per week). Currently, Saturdays and Sundays are required.
