Conduct regular in-depth interviews with VIP users to provide suggestions for product improvement and monetization optimization.
Establish a KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) development plan and collaborate with social media to cultivate loyal brand advocates.
Proactively monitor and report potential risks, including negative public sentiment, emergencies, and major game bugs.
Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong English reading and writing skills; English-related majors are preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in overseas game user operations; candidates with experience leading player guilds or communities are preferred.
Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and stress resilience; strong ability to understand player psychology.
Highly service-oriented, responsible, detail-minded, and patient.
Passionate about the gaming industry, with deep knowledge of mainstream overseas genres such as MMORPG and casual competitive games, and strong insight into Western player behavior.
Candidates with experience living or studying in Europe or North America are preferred.
