Culture Engagement Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Cultural Programs: Design and lead programs that reflect and strengthen our company culture.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute events that promote teamwork, celebrate milestones, and boost morale.
• Internal Communications: Manage effective communication channels to keep employees informed and connected.
• Feedback Mechanisms: Collect and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve our workplace environment.
• Recognition and Rewards: Develop and manage recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Onboarding Experience: Enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and feel welcomed.

What You Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in a role focused on employee engagement, culture, or related areas.
